Thank you for choosing Keizer Community Field for your event! To ensure a smooth and organized reservation process, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Reservation Requests:

   • All field reservation requests must be submitted online utilizing the form on this page. This is the only method accepted for making reservations.

   • ​All reservation requests are subject to availability.

2. Field Availability:

   • Both full and half-field rentals are available.

   • Half-field rentals are available Monday-Thursday

   • Full-field reservations will take precedence over half-field reservations.

   • Rental blocks are available in one-hour increments, starting at 8:00 AM.

   • The facility operates from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. All activities must conclude, and the facility must be empty with lights off by 9:30 PM.

3. Fee Structure:

   • Local Users:

     • Full Field: $60 per hour

     • Half Field: $40 per hour

   • Visitor/Tournament Rate:

     • Full Field: $125 per hour

     • Half Field: $75 per hour

   • Light Fee:

     • A $10 per hour light fee applies to all reservations that fall after the sunset time. The sunset time is calculated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and can be checked at NOAA’s Solar Calculator

4. Definitions:

   • Local use is defined as individuals or organizations within or serving residents residing within the Salem Keizer Urban Growth Boundary.

   • Visitor/Tournament use is defined as any organized competition involving multiple teams or individuals from outside of the Salem Keizer Urban Growth Boundary.

   • Rate eligibility will be determined by the Keizer Community Field Association

5. Certificate of Insurance: All rental groups will be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance naming Keizer Community Field Association as additional insured.

6. Payment:

   • All reservations require advance payment to secure your booking. Payment must be completed at the time of reservation.

7. Cancellation Policy:

   • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations to receive a refund of the rental fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the rental fee.

8. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without notice​
